Role Summary
The Assistant Cubmaster for Family Support serves as a first point of contact for parent questions and concerns, helping families navigate the Cub Scout program and feel connected to the pack community.

Core Responsibilities
- Be available and approachable for parent questions at pack meetings and events
- Help new families understand the Cub Scout program, uniforms, advancement, and expectations
- Direct families to the right person for specific questions (Treasurer for fees, Den Leader for den matters, etc.)
- Follow up with families who seem uncertain or disconnected
- Support the Member Onboarding Coordinator with welcoming new families
- Help communicate pack decisions and changes to families in a clear, positive way
- Serve as a liaison between families and pack leadership when concerns arise
