Role Summary
The Spring Camping Coordinator plans the pack’s spring camping trip, providing Scouts with an outdoor camping experience as the weather warms up. This may be a tent campout or cabin trip depending on the year.

Core Responsibilities
- Select and reserve a campsite appropriate for Cub Scout families
- Plan the weekend program in coordination with the Cubmaster
- Coordinate food planning with the Grubmaster
- Ensure at least one BALOO-trained adult is attending
- Communicate event details to families: dates, cost, packing list, logistics
- Collect registration fees (coordinate with Treasurer)
- Manage headcount and confirm attendance
- Ensure health forms and consent forms are collected for all participants
- Plan for spring weather variability (rain plans, layering guidance)
