Section titled “Description”The final pack meeting of the Scouting year. This meeting recognizes all Scouts with remaining advancement awards, celebrates the year’s accomplishments, thanks volunteers, and previews the next year.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The End-of-Year Pack Meeting is the closing celebration of the Scouting program year. It is the last opportunity to present any outstanding rank advancements or special awards, recognize the contributions of adult volunteers, and build excitement for the coming year. This meeting should feel celebratory — it marks the culmination of a year of hard work by Scouts and families. A preview of the coming year’s program helps retain families through the summer.
