Section titled “Role Summary”The Misc. Pack Activities Coordinator handles pack-organized events and outings that don’t fall under another coordinator’s scope — one-off outings, special theme nights, family fun events, field trips, and other activities that aren’t covered by the camping, derby, or service coordinators.

Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- Registration: Registered adult leader of BSA; current with YPT
- Inherits training requirements from the Program Chair role
Core Responsibilities
Section titled “Core Responsibilities”- Plan and execute pack outings and special events not covered by other coordinators
- Identify activity opportunities that appeal to the range of Scout ages and family interests
- Handle logistics: venue, transportation, registration, cost, and communication
- Ensure BSA safety requirements are met for all activities
- Coordinate with the Treasurer for event fees and reimbursements
- Communicate event details to families with sufficient lead time
- Gather post-event feedback to improve future activities
