Section titled “Role Summary”The Assistant Cubmaster for Meetings helps plan pack meetings and supports den meeting planning. This role ensures pack meetings run smoothly and that den leaders have the resources they need to plan effective den meetings.

Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- Registration: Registered adult leader of BSA; current with YPT
- Inherits training requirements from the Assistant Cubmaster role
Core Responsibilities
Section titled “Core Responsibilities”- Help the Cubmaster plan the monthly pack meeting agenda
- Coordinate with den leaders on their pack meeting participation (skits, songs, flag ceremonies, advancement reports)
- Support den leaders with den meeting planning resources and ideas
- Conduct or support the monthly den chief planning meeting
- Help set up and break down the pack meeting venue
- Step in to run pack meetings when the Cubmaster is unavailable
- Ensure pack meetings start and end on time and follow the planned agenda
