Section titled “Description”Annual pack spring campout, typically held jointly with Troop 75 at Thompson’s Lake Campground in May. A full overnight camping experience for Scouts and families to enjoy spring outdoor activities together.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Spring Campout is the pack’s primary full-overnight camping event of the year. Held jointly with Troop 75, it provides Cub Scouts with an opportunity to interact with older Scouts, see what the next phase of Scouting looks like, and participate in outdoor activities at Thompson’s Lake State Campground. This event satisfies multiple Outdoor Adventure and camping advancement requirements. Reserve campsites early — Thompson’s Lake fills quickly in spring.
